Happy holidays & a successful New Year

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

As we approach the end of 2025, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all our partners, researchers, and friends who have contributed to making this year one of the most impactful and productive in the history of the Sharafat Center for Globalization and Terrorism Studies.

Throughout the year, we organized significant academic and research events featuring Jordanian and international experts and scholars, issued specialized studies on extremism, terrorism, security cooperation, and globalization, and contributed to enriching discussions on security and regional policies in the Middle East and beyond. The Center also participated in global conferences in the United States and Europe addressing security cooperation and Middle Eastern affairs, further enhancing our international presence. None of this would have been possible without your continuous support and collaboration.

The foundations we have laid provide us with great momentum as we prepare for 2026 and beyond. The Center’s role in delivering precise and objective analyses, facilitating scientific and policy dialogues, and supporting decision-makers has become more important than ever.

Thank you for being an essential part of these efforts. We look forward to your continued cooperation and engagement in the coming year, which we anticipate will be filled with significant challenges and opportunities for both the region and the Center.

Wishing you and your loved ones a peaceful holiday season and a New Year full of hope and success.

With sincere appreciation,

Brigadier General (Ret.) Dr. Saud Al-Sharafat
